Shipping time & service options

How long does shipping from China to the USA take?

For China-to-USA shipments, express shipping is usually 3–7 days, air freight DDP is usually 8–15 days, and sea freight DDP is usually 20–60 days. The final timeline depends on route, cargo type, customs inspection, destination area and local carrier transfer.

Which service should I choose: air, sea or express?

Choose express for urgent samples and small parcels, air freight DDP for a balance of speed and cost, and sea freight DDP for heavier cargo, bulk inventory or non-urgent shipments.

Do you provide door-to-door delivery?

Yes. We can arrange door-to-door shipping from China to overseas addresses. For DDP routes, customs clearance, tax handling and final delivery are included in the shipping solution when the cargo and destination are supported.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Yes. We support Amazon FBA shipments, including carton receiving, checking, labeling support and delivery to Amazon warehouses when the route and cargo are suitable.

Can you ship to a business address, warehouse or home address?

Yes. We can deliver to business addresses, warehouses, Amazon FBA warehouses and many residential addresses. Please provide the full destination address or ZIP code so we can check the delivery option.

Is the delivery time guaranteed?

Shipping time is an estimated timeline, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, customs inspection, flight or vessel changes, port congestion and local carrier delays can affect the final delivery time.

DDP, tax & customs clearance

What does DDP shipping mean?

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. For supported routes, the shipping solution includes customs clearance and import tax handling, helping the cargo reach the destination address more easily.

Is tax and customs clearance included?

For supported DDP services, customs clearance and import tax handling are included in the shipping solution. Final availability and pricing depend on cargo details, destination, route and compliance review.

Do I need to handle customs myself?

For DDP service, we help arrange customs clearance and tax handling as part of the shipping solution. For special cargo, extra product information, documents or photos may be required before shipping.

Can you handle sensitive cargo customs checking?

Some sensitive cargo can be handled after review. Please send product photos, product name, material, packaging, quantity and special details such as battery, liquid, powder, magnet or brand.

What documents may be needed for customs or route checking?

A product name, product photos, material description, use purpose, carton quantity, carton size, weight, invoice or packing list may be needed. For branded goods, batteries, cosmetics or electronics, additional information may be required.

Can the price change after customs or cargo review?

If the cargo details are different from the information provided before shipping, the route or cost may need to be adjusted. Accurate product details, carton size and weight help avoid price changes.

What goods can you usually ship?

We can usually help with general goods, e-commerce products, clothing, accessories, toys, household items, samples, personal parcels and many business shipments.

Can you ship cosmetics, batteries or branded goods?

Many sensitive goods can be handled after route and compliance checking. Please send product photos, packaging details, product description, quantity and destination before shipping.

What goods cannot be shipped?

We cannot accept illegal goods, controlled substances, stolen items, weapons, ammunition, military supplies, explosives, dangerous goods or items that fail customs, safety or route compliance review.

Do you accept personal parcels and gifts?

Yes. We can help with many personal parcels, gifts and personal effects from China. Please provide photos, description, weight, size and destination before shipping.

Can you ship liquid, powder or magnetic products?

Some liquid, powder or magnetic products may be possible on selected routes after review. Do not ship these items without checking first, because route restrictions can be different by country and carrier.

Can you ship oversized or heavy cargo?

Yes, we can check oversized or heavy cargo. Please provide the product name, photos, carton or crate size, gross weight, pickup city and destination address so we can check the suitable route.

Quote, pickup & warehouse support

How can I get an accurate shipping quote?

Please provide destination country, city or ZIP code, product name, product photos, carton quantity, carton size, gross weight, supplier city and preferred shipping method. A packing list is helpful if available.

Can you pick up goods from my supplier in China?

Yes. We can arrange pickup support across mainland China. Your supplier can also send the goods to our Yiwu warehouse for receiving, checking, packing or consolidation.

Do you provide free services?

We can provide free quality inspection, packing support and short-term warehousing in Yiwu for many shipments. Availability may depend on cargo type, quantity and service arrangement.

Can you consolidate goods from multiple suppliers?

Yes. We can receive goods from multiple suppliers in China, check and consolidate them before arranging international shipping.

Can you help with inspection, packing and labeling?

Yes. We can help with basic inspection, repacking, carton checking, labeling and preparation support. Please send your requirements before the cargo arrives at the warehouse.

What should I send if I do not have a packing list yet?

You can first send product photos, estimated carton quantity, approximate size, approximate weight, supplier city and destination. We can give a rough route suggestion and update the quote after the final measurements.

Tracking, insurance & support

How can I track my shipment?

You can use the tracking page on our website or contact us with your tracking number. Tracking information may take time to update after pickup, customs clearance or transfer to the local carrier.

What should I do if tracking is delayed?

Tracking may be delayed during warehouse processing, customs clearance, flight or sea departure, port processing or local delivery transfer. Send us your tracking number and we will help check the status.

What happens if cargo is lost or damaged?

For standard compensation, air freight compensation is 40 RMB/kg plus freight refund, and sea freight compensation is 20 RMB/kg plus freight refund. Cargo insurance is available at 1% of cargo value and can cover full cargo value compensation according to the insurance arrangement.

Should I buy cargo insurance?

Insurance is recommended for high-value cargo, fragile cargo or important shipments. If you need full cargo value protection, please ask us before shipping.

How do I contact you for urgent support?

WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to contact us. Send your tracking number, destination, product details and question so we can check the shipment more quickly.

Can you help after the parcel arrives in the destination country?

Yes. If the shipment is delayed after arrival, send us the tracking number and issue details. We will help check the status with the available carrier or delivery information.
